License and Usage

When you purchase or download our theme(s) from the HubSpot marketplace, you will receive the complete source files of the theme automatically migrated to your portal. Please note that each license or purchase is valid only within the portal from which it was purchased.

If you wish to use the theme on multiple portals, you are required to purchase or download the theme separately for each portal.

Permitted Actions

With a valid license, you are granted the following permissions:

  1. Use the theme on all domains within the portal from which it was purchased/downloaded.
  2. Create a child theme by extending the original theme's folder to customize its source files.
  3. Utilize the theme as the foundation for your website and develop new elements, features, or modules that extend the functionality of the theme.

Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  1. Migrating or cloning the theme into a different HubSpot portal. HubSpot does not provide the option or feature to migrate purchased themes to another portal.
  2. Redistributing or reselling our themes in any form, whether modified or unmodified.

Intellectual Property Rights

Codkdops retains all intellectual property rights associated with our themes. The themes are protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property rights. Your purchase or download of our themes grants you a license to use them in accordance with these Terms of Use but does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality themes, we make no warranties or representations regarding their suitability for your specific purposes. We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our themes.
